Esterina Nervino is an Assistant Professor holding a joint appointment at the Department of English and the Department of Marketing at City University of Hong Kong, where she is also Associate Director of the Sales and Marketing Consulting Unit. Dr. Luk is currently appointed as the Head of Digital Transformation & Insights at HK Express Airways and being incubated by Amazon Inc. in Seattle in 2016 for innovation practice, Dr. Luk is a seasoned entrepreneur, Academic Practitioner & Chief Strategist in Customer Experience Strategy, Mindfulness Living, Digital Technology, Digital Marketing & Neuromarketing with keen interests in SEA counties. Dr. Luk assumed many key leadership roles in the regional Startups and Global 1000 companies such as HSBC, MetLife and Bertelsmann Group as C-suite executive and SVP in the major corporate functions during 2000 to 2017. During 2008 and 2020, Dr. Luk was appointed as Strategic Advisors by AIS Thailand and Octave Institute of IMC Corp., China, and Singapore to give instrumental advise to steer company development. He started his research at Imperial College London on optimization of multi-input signal detection, which is a core technology in today’s 5G mobile network. He also had wide range of working experience in the research of complex systems and developing software for system analysis, including modelling of financial systems and the search for look-ahead indicators in the markets. He joined Quantum Scientia in 2019 as Chief Quantum Scientist. He leads the team in the development of reversible logic synthesis applications which help speed up the use of quantum computing in commercial applications.

Dorothy joined Infobip in October 2019 as Business Development Manager to spearhead the establishment of Infobip's Hong Kong presence. Now as Enterprise Team Leader, she leads the sales team to devise strategic insights to businesses looking to transform their digital customer journey. Prior to joining Infobip, Dorothy’s passion for technology brought her to industries across blockchain and solutions consultation, having worked at companies including Apple Inc where she inspired and helped businesses realize their digitalization journey.
George Joined Infobip back in September, 2020 as the Regional Director and GM for Partnerships and Alliances. He leads the regional and country partnership teams to drive growth in partner ecosystems, and Technology Alliances sales across the Asia Pacific and Japan Operations. Prior to joining Infobip, George served as the Regional Director, as well as the Worldwide Director of Channels and Global Alliances at Hewlettt Packard Enterprise, driving businesses across the Asia Pacific Japan, and later also with the Worldwide Operations.
Henry Li is the director of Specialist Sales, leading the Specialized Technical Unit at Microsoft Hong Kong. Tommie is the founder and CEO of Preface, an A.I.-powered education technology company that provides personalized education, disrupting the traditional form of classroom and school systems. Under his leadership, the work of Preface is expanding from Hong Kong to global operations, including Tokyo and London; as a result, Preface was the first Asian company crowned with the EdTechX Global Award in 2018. Tommie graduated with the Departmental Scholars Award from the Economics department at UCLA. He was also a PhD student from LSE in Economics before he dropped out and fully committed himself to build his disruptive project to revolutionize the education industry. Charles Cheung is currently General Manager of CARMA Asia, a global media intelligence company. Charles is a certified PR measurement and evaluation expert.
