Philip has over 25 years of experience as a management consultant and business leader. His career spans a diverse range of consulting firms, including the Big 4, technology, and human resources. Philip’s leadership has guided projects in Australia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, the Middle East and the UK. Born in the UK and educated in Australia, Philip has called Hong Kong home for the past two decades. During this time, he has assisted multinational clients across various sectors in the Asia Pacific region in optimising their operations through redesign, automation and digitisation. In the past decade, this work has focused on HR operating model transformation.
Kate is the Head of of KPMG’s People & Change Advisory team in Hong Kong, specialising in organisation effectiveness and transformation and focused primarily on the Financial Services sector. As our workplaces continue to rapidly change, Kate is passionate about helping organisations to transform and create forward looking people strategies towards a new future of work. Kate joined KPMG in 2018 with an industry background and has extensive experience delivering large scale people transition programs for global and multinational organizations. Tung Wong is currently the Head of Marketing at Signify Hong Kong (formerly known as Philips Lighting). Tung is a seasoned marketing leader specializing in smart home and smart cities technologies and is passionate in finding innovative ways in turning the business to growth trajectory. Tung is dedicated to leading the team to accelerate the deployment of highly energy saving system and solution to support Hong Kong to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050 and pioneer in circular economy in lighting industry to reducing waste to landfill. Tung holds a MSc in Electronic Engineering degree from HKUST.
