Nowadays the complexity of IT landscape and 3rd party integration expose any company to data leakage, ransomware and compliance challenges. How do you prepare and prevent your company by setting an ad hoc strategy and align on what matters the most for your business. Digital Transformation is essential and critical in nowadays. Technologies and innovations are continue to grow, so this fast-pace Digital Transformation journey will certainly continue. However, the Governance shall not be considered as obstacle or factor to slow the transformation. In fact, the Governance can be used to expedite Digital Transformation into a structured and steady fast-pace journey M&S’s previous transformation initiatives Light helps us see better, feel better, and function better. We spend more than 90% of our time indoors, often in locations without enough windows or proper access to daylight. This stops people getting the light they need to perform at their best. Natural light has a huge impact on productivity. It improves creativity, mood and alertness, reduces stress and contributes to better sleep. There is new technology recreating natural light in indoor settings, to bring the benefits of daylight indoors. In the last couple of years everybody was talking about generating value from data and anything without data involved will not fly. Data teams and their leaders became the cheerleaders and we're trying to convince the business of the great future. It never really worked (unless you work for one of those large magical companies). Along came data mesh and you thought it was the solution to all your problems; you started preaching it. Companies and their sales people started incorporating the new buzzwords into their products promising data Nirvana. All with the same result. But what can really make a difference? This talk is about hard work (speaking with other people and trying to understand their problems), persistence (not giving up if somebody is in a bad mood the first time you meet them) and that sometimes it helps to have some distance. The food and beverage (F&B) industry has undergone a significant modernization in recent years. With the rise of technology and changing consumer preferences, F&B businesses have had to adapt to stay competitive. One major trend is the use of digital tools to enhance the customer experience and employee productivities, from online ordering and delivery to mobile payments and loyalty programs. Additionally, there has been a shift towards automation and robotics in workflows and manufacturing, improving operation and cost efficiency. Overall, F&B modernization has transformed the industry, providing new opportunities for growth and innovation.
