Ex-investment banker turned hotelier, serial entrepreneur and tech investor. After leaving JP Morgan and HSBC, he joined Langham Hospitality as their Head of Digital. His background in Computer Science and digital strategy for hotels enabled him to create successful startups such as Ooosh Tech Lab, Business Creation, Jahvis and Telkie, among others, while his knowledge in structured finance brings on the table tangible value in tech startup investing.
Having a passion for coaching the next generation in the ecosystem, he enjoys mentoring and coaching startups, and is also a lecturer on Entrepreneurship at School of Design of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Anson joined KPMG in Hong Kong in 1999 and is currently a Partner based in the Hong Kong office heading up the Consumer & Retail Practice in the ASPAC region. He is part of the KPMG Global Consumer & Retail Steering Group as well as being a member of the Global Technology Innovation Centre.

Charlie leads Forrester’s research team in China. He serves technology executives and offers strategic advice and guidance to Forrester clients in broad areas, including cloud (cloud-native technologies, public cloud, and hybrid cloud management), big data and AI (ML, computer vision, and data management), IoT (IoT device OS and IoT software platforms), blockchain, commercial drones, quantum computing, DevOps, digital process automation, low-code, and open-source software. Charlie has rich experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and software delivery management, leading the global research on technology architecture in several emerging technology areas. He also focuses on vendor landscape and best practices in China, Asia Pacific, and worldwide.

Previous Work Experience
Charlie has over 20 years of experience in the software industry and holds PMP and ITIL certification. Before Forrester, Charlie was the senior manager, professional services, for Cordys (acquired by OpenText), a global vendor of BPM and platform-as-a-service (PaaS) solutions for the telecom, banking, manufacturing, retail, and utility industries. Prior to Cordys, Charlie was the project and technical manager for Datang Telecom.
Education
Charlie holds a BS in automation and an MS in pattern recognition and intelligent systems from Tsinghua University of China.
With an undergraduate degree in Anthropology and Linguistics from NYU and after a four-year solo trip around the world, Chelsea Perino first discovered her love for advertising in Cape Town, South Africa. There, Chelsea spent two years running all things marketing related for an experiential marketing startup, before returning to New York to complete her MA in Public and Organizational Relations.
Since then Chelsea has worked in advertising both in New York and Seoul, South Korea, leading digital strategy for a Samsung Global, Mobile. Now based in Hong Kong, Chelsea is the Managing Director, Global Marketing & Communications at The Executive Centre, Asia’s largest premium flexible workspace provider, whom she has helped establish as the leader in workspace experience, community and corporate-culture facilitation.
Chelsea is passionate about organizational culture and believes that creating a dynamic and collaborative working experience positively affects team morale, productivity, and fosters community. She is an adjunct professor and published author, a regular guest speaker at corporate real estate and marketing industry conferences, and represents The Executive Centre on the board of CoreNet Global’s Hong Kong Chapter, the Urban Land Institute’s Women In Leadership Initiative, and is the Chair of the American Chamber of Commerce’s Women of Influence committee.
Fei Yu is the CEO of Bondee, a next-generation social platform with a mission to inspire real-world discovery and bring enjoyment through exploration. At Bondee, Fei is responsible for all facets of the business and oversees the platform's key operations and business development. Prior to joining Bondee, Fei was the Head of Gaming at Meta APAC, and was previously also the Country Director of Meta in both Hong Kong and Taiwan. Before that, she was the Associate General Manager of Google in Taiwan. As a seasoned professional in the industry, Fei understands firsthand the transformative power of technology and innovation. Her passion lies in empowering businesses to grow through the strategic use of technology and digital knowledge.
As part of her efforts to make a difference in society, Fei is championing the #Bondeeship internship initiative at Bondee. This program invites university students to join in the mission of raising societal awareness about gender bias and injustice. Fei also exhibits deep passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), particularly in empowering women and disabled individuals to succeed. Her dedication extends to helping people navigate obstacles and unlock their full potential in a business environment. She spearheaded the #shemeansbusiness project in Taiwan, a program aimed at empowering female entrepreneurs. She also represented the Asia-Pacific region at Meta's global DEI leadership forum and co-led Meta's Disability @APAC community in the past. Fei is firmly committed to promoting the rights of under-represented groups and advocating for their inclusion within wider community contexts.
Kai Fat Frank Chow is the Vice-Chairperson of Professional Information Security Association. He has over 20 years of experience in Financial and Service Provider industries spanning across cyber security, technology risk management, IT governance, and business continuity. Prior to joining HKPC as Head of Cyber Security and HKCERT, Frank held management roles of cybersecurity and information risk in various financial institutions, such as Ping An OneConnect Bank, Livi Bank, Manulife, and Fubon Bank. Frank was awarded the Hong Kong Cyber Security Professionals Awards, (ISC)2 Asia Pacific Information Security Leadership Awards and BCI Asia Business Continuity Awards in recognition of his commitment in the cyber security and business continuity industries. Frank was invited to serve on various advisory panels of local and global organizations, such as the Education Bureau, ERB, HKIRC, and (ISC)2. Besides, he has held leading roles to serve the professional community in Professional Information Security Association, Cloud Security Alliance Hong Kong and Macau Chapter, (ISC)2 Hong Kong Chapter, Information Security and Forensics Society, and Project Management Institute Hong Kong Chapter.
Fuller has more than 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, technology risk management and information security in global financial services and healthcare sectors. He is now the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Hospital Authority Hong Kong driving the corporate cybersecurity strategy and contributing to its digital transformation journey.
Prior to joining Hospital Authority, Fuller held various management roles of cybersecurity and information security including Director of Technology Risk Management of Credit Suisse, Head of Technology Risk Management and Cybersecurity of AIA Group, and Vice President of IT Risk Management of JPMorgan.
Fuller is also the Exco Member of Cyber Security Specialist Group, Hong Kong Computer Society (HKCS), and the Co-Chair of Cybersecurity Work Stream of Digital Health Partnership (GDHP), a collaboration of governments, government agencies, and WHO.
He received his MBA and Master in Information Systems Management from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is also a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
As a national digital transformation leader, Dr Karl has been leading Malaysia’s effort in building a thriving digital economy and data ecosystem that leverage on the power of data for value creation, innovation and new sources of growth. As a self- starter and business Innovation leader, he has track record of more than 26 years experience in Government, ICT & Manufacturing sector driving numerous initiatives in areas of Innovation, business strategy, risk capital, startup accelerator, corporate innovation, capability development, R&D and digital transformation.
Currently at MDEC, he is the Vice President of Digital Health & Digital Cities where he drives strategic national catalytic initiatives within Digital Malaysia. Dr Karl is instrumental in development of National Big Data Analytics Framework in 2014 and the development of the National Artificial Intelligence Framework resulting in the exponential growth of data professionals, data driven organisations in Malaysia. He also developed the National Data Sharing Policy and currently co-chairs the implementation Technical Committee. l Dr Karl has developed and directed numerous programs on the use of data technology in different sectors including smart cities, transportation, agriculture and healthcare. The Malaysia City Brain pilot at Kuala Lumpur City Hall won an Excellence award from OpenGov. The agriculture tech adoption initiatives, eLadang was recently announced as one of the programme under national Pemulih recovery plan.

He sits in advisory board of several universities & professional bodies in Malaysia. In 2022, he was awarded the Distinguished Alumni Award by HELP University. He has served as judge in international Entrepreneurship and Innovation awards including EY Entrepreneur of the Year Malaysia from 2012-2016. Dr Karl speaks regularly in regional and international conferences on Digital Transformation & Data Driven innovation.
Jack Kong is Nano Labs' (Nasdaq: NA) chairman of the board of directors and Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the Task Force on Promoting Web3 Development in Hong Kong. He has approximately 13 years of experience in business and corporate management and has more than 10 years of experience in Blockchain industry. He also served as a co-chairman of the board of directors of Canaan Inc. (Nasdaq: CAN), a leading provider of supercomputing solutions. Jack Kong received a Doctorates Degree from Temple University in 2023.

Mr. Joe Yau is the Chief Executive Officer and acting Chief Technology Officer of OpenRice Group, and he serves on the Board of Directors. Mr. Yau is responsible for managing all local and overseas businesses, and leading the company’s digital transformation from a dining review portal to a comprehensive O2O dining services platform, pioneering payment solutions with establishment of OpenRice Biz Merchant network.
Mr. Yau has earned accolades, including IDC DX Omni-Experience Innovator Awards HK and DX CEO Awards HK as well as the Regional Winner in 2020, for groundbreaking results that OpenRice has been achieved in digital advancement and enhanced services via various big data techniques in past years. With over 20 years of development and management experience, Mr. Yau possesses a track record of leadership in digital platform. Prior to joining OpenRice, he was Head of Software Engineering in tvb.com and IT leader in now.com, popular data-and technology-driven social platforms in HK and Asian markets. With his business consulting background, he combines design thinking with technology to create many successful business models.
Mr. Yau is also a Company Director / Technical Consultant of a start-up cloud-computing company. Besides, he is the Vice-Chairman of Food & Beverage Committee in Hong Kong Retail Technology Industry Association, serving and promoting greater use of technology in food & beverage sector. In his spare time, he contributes to our society as mentor and IT advisor to several NGOs.

Justin Baird, Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts (FRSA) brings over twenty years of management and high-tech experience, in areas ranging from research and development engineering, analog and digital signal processing, embedded systems development, hardware and software product management, high speed digital networks, large scale audio processing systems, mobile and web application deployment, android and iOS mobile applications, multimedia technologies, agile team management, and impact focused technologies. Peter was Head of Business Digitalization in Café De Coral, and Senior Manager – Strategic and Consulting in Maxim’s Group.
Peter served as Chief Technology Officer at CTF Education Group, and Nord Anglia Education Group, where he led and drove the technology strategy and development to align with the group expansion. Prior to working in Education industry, he served as the Executive Partner in Gartner, providing advisory services on digital strategy, customer experience, IT governance, IT organization restructuring and digital transformation to tier-one and high-growth organizations.
Peter also worked in finance industry, served as Regional Head of IT at Invesco Asset Management, managing IT services in six countries and eight offices across the Asia Pacific Region.
Sammy is the Founder of Open Platform Society and Open Source Hong Kong. He has 20+ years in open source contributions and community leadership, and 10+ years in the open data movement.
Sammy established Hong Kong Linux User Group in 1997 and Open Source Hong Kong in 2006. Later on, he starts to involve in the global open source community and open data activities in 2011. In 2022, he becomes a board member of the GNOME Foundation and a fellow member of the Python Software Foundation.
